We manufacture high-quality mold in high specification, high volume, fully hardened steel tools. We use the most advanced CNC machining centres along with CAD tool design data to produce your mold. The mold design is optimized using Mouldflow software prior to manufacture to ensure costly and time consuming alterations are not required downstream. Once optimized both 3D and 2d production data is produced, the 3D data forming the master models from which cavities and cores are directly CNC machined or Electrodes produced for EDM processes.
